Casarecce
- 500 g. Pasta Toscana Casarecce
- 80 g. rocket salad
- 30 g. pine nuts
- 10 g. almonds
- 150 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 40 g. parmigiano cheese
- 20 g. pecorino cheese
- 1/2 garlic clove (optional)
- 100 g. tuscan sausage
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Preparation Casarecce with rocket salad pesto and Tuscan sausage
In a blender put the parmigiano and pecorino cheese and mix. Add the rocket, pine nuts, almonds, salt, garlic and oil. Mix again until well blended.
Cook the casarecce in a pot of salted boiling water. In the meantime, cook the sausage in a pan without adding any oil. Cook slightly and set aside. Cook the pasta until al dente and drain. Stir the pasta in the pan with the sausage and rocket pesto. Serve with your best smile.
