Pasta Toscana will take part in the Summer Fancy Food Show – the biggest fair dedicated to food specialties in North America – to present all the new products, just launched on the market: the Organic Egg Pasta, Pici pasta and the Traditional Tuscan Sauces.
The fair – that will take place from the 23th to the 25th of June at the Javits Center of New York City – is going to be a showcase for gastronomic industry innovations, both for buyers and exhibitors. Three days during which there will be not only exhibitions but also seminars and workshops held by sector’s specialists as well as a taste of the future of food industry.
Pasta Toscana will take part in the event with its Classic Pasta, Organic Pasta, Organic Wholewheat Pasta with Omega 3 and its newest products, just launched on the market: The Organic Egg Pasta, made with fresh Italian organic free-range eggs; the Pici pasta, with semolina and high-quality raw materials and the Traditional Tuscan Sauces, Chianina Meat Sauce, Wild Boar Meat Sauce and Aglione Sauce, with selected and controlled ingredients, respecting tradition.
