- 500 g. Pasta Toscana Whole Wheat Organic Farfalle
- 200 g. primosale cheese
- 200 g. zucchini
- 1 unpeeled garlic clove
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste

To enhance the taste of this recipe we suggest a short shaped whole wheat pasta. We’ve chosen our organic whole wheat Farfalle with flaxseed Omega 3 a wholesome and nourishing product, perfect for vegetarians.
Preparation Farfalle with primosale, cheese and zucchini
Wash the zucchini and cut them into slices. In a no stick pan add the garlick with Extra virgin olive oil. Add the salt and pepper and let cook for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, cut the primosale cheese in thin slices.
Cook the farfalle in boiling water until al dente and drain well. Add to the pan containing the other ingredients together with half a glass of cooking water and stir.
Serve topped with the primosale cheese and some fresh basil leaves.
